The location is perfect, a 1 minute to the beach, within walking distance to cafes, Disengoff Center, and other "trendy" Tel Aviv activities. We walked back from Yafo in under 20 minutes, at midnight. There were plenty of people on the Tayelet (boardwalk), even at that hour. The the staff is very helpful . The only problem is the poor housekeeping. Read on...
The negative is the housekeeping. I stayed at the hotel 4 times over 6 weeks (three-3 day weekends, and another time for 6 days). The first time, I had to ask to have the kitchen and bathrooms re-cleaned. The refrigerator was dirty, the dishes were dirty, and the bathroom had mold. They sent one of the housekeepers up, shortly after I called. My problem was that I had to show her the dirt in the fridge, and the mold on the bathroom walls; she didn't see it. I had the same experience each time I was there, with varying degrees of housekeeping issues. (Some of the dishes, pots and pans were dirty in each room.) The last time, I got there late in the day so I defrosted and cleaned the fridge myself. The bathroom was fine. I spoke with the manager the day after I defrosted the refrigerator. She was unhappy that the cleaning staff was not taking enough time to do a proper job. (I had stayed in enough rooms to be able to know that it was a pervasive problem.) Since this was just before I left for the last time, I don't know if anything will change. I would still recommend this hotel to people who are traveling on a budget, since I was able to have the room re-cleaned.

Location
Feels a bit pre-fabricated and lacks a kitchen

Location, nice staff, clean but small rooms, free internet
A lot of noise from the street and neighbouring rooms, very bad construction (cracks in the wall, between the windows), very small bathrooms, no shampoo in the bathroom, absolutely no price- quality relation.

Fantastic location! Hotel stuff and owners are very helpful, I booked the room with a shared bathroom but there was some problems in the room and straight away they gave me the room with a private bathroom, balcony and an amazing view. Also owner gave a free meal in their restaurant on the beach. Definitely will come back. Thank you guys!

It's a great hotel with a beautiful sea view, great location (close to all entertainment centers), very clean and new, very reasonable prices, worth every penny, very good service... I would definitely come back....

Good value. Its a cute small building right on the main promenade which enabled us to enjoy the beautifull sunset right from our room. The room is small and has two single beds and a big flatscreen tv. The room was airconditioned which is crucial in this heat. Will definetly come back.

Absolutely fantastic location! I have stayed in a number of budget hotels in Tel Aviv and this is by far the best! I had a room with a balcony and a seaview, its a new hotel so everything is in good condition, Big flatscreen tv and strong airconditioning. Highly recommended.
The room is a bit small.

Already on arrival the staff at the reception was so friendly and it was such an uncomplicated check in that we really liked it! When I entered my room at first I didnt realize it but than after I sat down on my bed... Full seaview!!! I could literarily see the waves and people sunbathing. Totally amazing! The breakfast at yotvata that had to be paid extra was fantastic aswell, I really enjoyed it. to anyone that likes to be close to the sea i can totally recommend that place!
Nothing to complain about! What you get at the rates given is 100% worth it!
